Data provided by Users
To create a private account on the Website and to enjoy its intermediation services and content, Users must register by invitation, provide an email address and password. The data provided by users must be truthful, accurate and not be misleading. Users guarantee the accuracy of the personal data entered by them, and they will be solely responsible for the statements they make that are false, inaccurate, or misleading. The User can review and edit its registration data as many times as it deems appropriate or necessary.
The data collected through the Website will be included in a personal data file of which Dontknow holds ownership and responsibility. The User can modify its registration data, that is, private data and public profile data on the Website as many times as necessary. This feature will allow the User the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the personal data provided to the entity. To exercise these rights, the User must contact Dontknow sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending a signed written request to the registered company’s address identifying the message as “DATA PROTECTION”.
Collaboratorium will treat data confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of providing communication services of the Website, with all legal and security guarantees imposed by the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th on the protection of personal data, the Regulation for the development of the Organic Data Protection Act, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, December 21st and Law 34/2002, of July 11th, of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. Dontknow will ask the prior express consent of the Users in case of use of the data provided by them for a different purpose other than the provision of the services indicated. Collaboratorium agrees not to share, sell or disseminate any information provided by users without their explicit consent.
On a platform like Collaboratorium, customized according to customer needs, there may be the case that Users designated by the client participate anonymously.
To participate as anonymous, the User must be registered with his name in Collaboratorium (although that information is not provided to other Users), which provides a guarantee to other Users or third parties. Behind an anonymous opinion there is a person identified in Collaboratorium, registered with his name and email, and that for other opinions, he may not be using the anonymity feature.
From Dontknow we will take all measures within our reach so that anonymity is used when the User requests it, and also for it not to impair the purpose of Collaboratorium: that Users can share with each other their views, in order to raise the level of knowledge of the group and thus take better important decisions within the organization.
